Citizen Citation Sign Expansion

Saturday, March 22- PUSH members gathered at 129 Chenango St. to create more rehabilitation and demolition tickets to post on City-owned abandoned properties on the West Side. PUSH is intent on holding City Hall accountable for the vacant and abandoned properties it has control over.

 

 

The new tickets will be posted on Saturday, March 29th as part of PUSH's ongoing effort to demonstrate the necessity of a comprehensive plan with specific, numeric, achievable goals. PUSH is happy to suggest such a plan in the form of our Anti-Poverty Platform, which calls for specific numbers of demolitions and rehabs while requiring that the jobs created by the work go to people in the neighborhood.
