PUSH Rocks Boston!

Last week PUSH staffers Aaron and Harrison traveled to Boston with several other Buffalo based organizations to visit other community organizers and community development corporations as part of a 'best practices' trip sponsored by the Community Health Foundation.

 

 

We met with and spoke to a number of groups including: Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation, the Dudley St. Neighborhood Initiative, City Life/Vida Urbana, and Lawrence Community Works .

 

 

PUSH would like to thank everyone we met with for their time and hospitality! We learned a lot, spoke with some incredibly bright and dedicated people and hope to put some of what we learned to good use in the very near future.
