Bocce's, La Nova, Labatts and Thousands of Wings--The Only Answer for Last Monday Night

If you're looking for a route out of the doldrums that are afflicting all Bills fans right now, look no further. There are still tickets available for Saturday night's "Buffalo Takes Manhattan" party, a benefit for PUSH's neighborhood revitalization efforts on the West Side. NEW ADDITIONS TO THE MENU

 

Bocce's pizza is a new addition to the menu, joining La Nova pizza and wings from McFaddens, Bonnie's and Atomic. We've also received a donation of KC Brewster's Birch Beer, a Buffalo-made pop. And of course we'll have Labatts and Flying Bison.

 

 

THE VENUE

 

A Times Square penthouse decorated with pictures of Buffalo heroes past and present and a photo exhibit on Buffalo neighborhoods and industrial sites by Lesley Horowitz and Whitney Crispell. World famous DJs and Buffalo natives Rabbi Darkside, Kevlar and LoPro playing danceable jazz, soul, funk, hip-hop and Buffalo classics. Around midnight this turns into a full-fledged dance party.

 

 

TAKE HOME YOUR OWN LITTLE PIECE OF BUFFALO

 

A package of Bills-Jets tickets. An autographed Andre Reed jersey and other memorabilia from the

 

Bills and Sabres. Gift certificates to more than fifteen Buffalo restaurants and museums. Photos and posters of city landmarks.

 

Collections of poetry by Buffalo poets including Robert Creeley. Ani DiFranco tickets for the NYC Town Hall show.
