About the Role
The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is a key member of Buffalo Neighborhood Services Corporation (BNSC)’s affordable housing and community development team. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and funding requirements.
BNSC’s construction portfolio includes small residential rehabilitations, new construction, first-time homeownership developments, mixed-use projects, and workforce training facilities, with an emphasis on sustainability, energy efficiency, and passive housing construction concepts.
What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary construction point of contact for projects, representing BNSC/PUSH with general contractors, lenders, funders, investors, and project partners.
  • Engage project neighbors and community partners regarding construction schedules, impacts, and site-related concerns.
