We invite you to join us this May Day for a press conference and rally in front of ICE’s Upstate and WNY field office (located at 250 Delaware Ave) as we come together to organize, build power, and take action to evict ICE. This May Day, we continue to grow the strength, momentum, and unity needed to stop the renewal of ICE’s lease at 250 Delaware Ave.
Our demands for May 1st include:
- Uniland Development and Delaware North put our community ahead of corporate profits.
- Not renew ICE’s lease in March 2027 – Put workers first On May 1st, we’ll launch a campaign to evict ICE from downtown Buffalo.
