Fantah Whitt is a lifelong resident of Buffalo. Ms. Whitt has made a career of empowering her peers and youth. Fantah is the founder of both Caregiver Concierge Service, offering consultation, support, and tools for navigating healthcare for family caregivers, and WhittCare, supporting youth and young adults with their transition into adulthood. She is passionate about supporting individuals, especially youths in underserved communities so that they can create the change they would like to see in their communities. She has volunteered with several organizations, including the Girl Scouts, and is currently a member of Reach Buffalo’s Community Wellness Champion, EforAll.
